Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in event planning, including large-scale or high-visibility events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Strong and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and composure in fast-paced, high-visibility event settings.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to event planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related tools.
