Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of our customer-facing digital experience platform. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong experience with cloud data warehouses and AI-assisted coding tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Substantial time as a Staff or Principal individual contributor on a customer-facing product or platform
- Strong, current working experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
- Daily, fluent use of AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
- Substantial experience building and operating customer-facing digital products in a regulated industry
- A track record of setting standards and architecture for a multi-engineer team and of mentoring Software Engineers into the next level of their career
- Comfort operating cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, product, and design partners
