Job Description
Security Financial Bank is seeking an Agriculture Relationship Manager to support and grow our agricultural banking portfolio in the Bloomer, WI market. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with farm operators, agribusinesses, and rural enterprises by delivering tailored lending and deposit solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Formal credit training preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agricultural lending, including portfolio development
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
