Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the property maintenance meets the company standards and those set by law, leading a team in diagnosing problems and repairs, scheduling, and responding to work order requests from residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance
- Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
- Scheduling turns, purchase ordering, painting, and all basic service requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polite and professional approach and excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
