Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance AWS cloud environments to support diverse workloads. Develop automation-first solutions for cloud data services provisioning, integrating IAM, networking, security policies as code, and observability from the ground up.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Aws services, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Data Framework principals
- Experience with various CI/CD methodologies, container orchestration tools, and observability and performance monitoring technologies.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Expertise in designing secure, scalable architectures for BYOC, BYOK, Snowflake, Big Data, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, security frameworks, encryption (BYOK), and compliance standards.
- Deep understanding of Kafka, Solr, Hadoop, and security analytics platforms.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, ANSIBLE.
- Experience in cloud cost management and FinOps.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform as mandatory.
- Expertise in end-to-end applications hosted on Kubernetes, emphasizing scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.
- Experience in Cloud logging, monitoring, and observability tools
- Cloud provisioning and configuration technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Packer, AWS CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of AWS billing and ability to provide cost-optimal architectural designs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and explain the design/deployment strategy to both technical & non-technical audiences
- Good working knowledge of processes and procedures (like ITIL)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global team.
- Minimum of a 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
