Requirements
- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing day-to-day financial operations
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing activities
- Review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Supervise and guide finance hub teams responsible for OTC, P2P, and R2R processes
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and deadlines
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and provide training to junior team members
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager
