Requirements
- Analyzing financial data from companies to accurately determine the extent of business damage;
- Preparing damage calculations and reports that are financially substantiated;
- Conducting conversations with clients, accountants, lawyers, and other stakeholders to collect information and manage expectations;
- Evaluating policy conditions;
- Guiding the expertise process for large or complex damage, often in collaboration with other experts such as technical specialists or lawyers;
- Advising on measures to minimize consequential damage;
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues on complex files;
- Representing the organization at meetings and expertises;
- Maintaining an up-to-date network within the industry, such as with insurers and trade associations;
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and training of colleagues within the team or organization.
