Commercial Property Adjuster

As a Commercial Property Adjuster, you'll manage a caseload of commercial property damage claims across the South Coast of England, visiting customer sites, coordinating visits from contractors, and settling each claim. Requirements

• Experience handling commercial property and real estate claims
• Proficiency with scoping and scheduling reinstatement works
• Technical knowledge of liability, quantum and validation
• Experience managing a portfolio of claims including report writing and supplier management
• CILA or CII qualified or international equivalent or working towards qualifications
• Experience with Delegated Authority handling up to the value of £100,000.00
