Requirements
- Collections experience with a proven track record in debt collection
- Billing knowledge with experience in billings and collections, ideally within the insurance industry
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Target-driven with the ability to work to financial targets and deadlines
- Self-motivated with initiative, focus, and assertiveness
- Team collaboration with excellent verbal and written communication skills
