The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a liability adjuster and a big passion for the job. The role involves handling liability damages from start to finish, working in a team, and ensuring a careful and transparent settlement.

- Proactive work attitude and great sense of responsibility
- At least 3 years of experience as a liability adjuster
- Possession of the Personal Injury Course or willing to take it
- Good command of Dutch and English
