Requirements
- Analyzes reported leave requests, including FMLA, unpaid state, military, and company-specific, to make determinations based on client plans, state and federal regulations.
- Establishes FMLA and other unpaid state, military, and/or company-specific leave claims, and tracks and codes documentation in accordance with internal workflow processes.
- Communicates decisions and ongoing expectations clearly and professionally with claimants and clients by phone, written correspondence, and/or claims system.
