Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10+) years of related experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or large-scale program leadership within insurance, financial services, or similarly complex organizations
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect strategy to measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, actionable narratives
