Lead Sales Supervisor role at See's Candies, responsible for leading sales team, driving sales initiatives, maintaining excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day store activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience
- Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability
- Ability to follow, implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales driven team
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently
- Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently
