Job Description
We are seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to provide exceptional customer service on Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as other social platforms for an Automotive Manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and written communications in French, with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
Requirements
- Bilingual in French/English (reading and writing)
- 3+ years' experience in retail or sales related profession
- High-level knowledge with social platforms
- Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
- Automotive industry experience preferred
