Job Description
Seek is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with Sales and drive behavioral change, adoption, and sustainable growth of product usage within customer segments. The role involves analyzing client data, identifying growth opportunities, and managing risks to help clients succeed.
Requirements
- Experience in facilitation of group training sessions & one-to-one consulting
- Effective communication skills to influence & drive behavioral change
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, HR technologies, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing challenges
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and use them for continuous improvement & creative innovation
- Sales/Account Management and Recruitment experience is an advantage
