As SEEK's Strategy Principal, you'll define and deliver the long-term commercial vision, leading cross-functional projects and guiding teams to shape SEEK's marketplace strategy across Asia-Pacific.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in strategy roles, including 5+ years in top-tier consulting, PE or investment banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success leading strategic projects from concept to delivery.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
- Demonstrated people management and coaching experience.
- Deep interest in technology, online marketplaces and innovation cultures.
