Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow, collaborating with physicians and administrative leadership to implement best practices and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- RN license preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
