A Registered Nurse provides patient care based on the nursing process, maintaining standards of care and overseeing employees. They support the center's philosophy and mission statement, communicating with surgeons, anesthesia, management, and other staff.

- Training and understanding of HIPAA requirements

- Professionalism
- 1-2+ years' experience in a surgery center preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State
- Current BCLS certification
- Current ACLS certification preferred or basic EKG or Arrhythmia identification certification
- ERM system familiarity
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Willingness to submit to a background check (drug screen for Ambulatory Surgery Centers only)
