We have an exciting opportunity for a Custody Support Worker to join our CFO Evolution team. You'll work with a caseload of participants in a correctional setting, providing motivational support and direction to help them stay engaged and reintegrate into their communities.

Requirements

• Carry out tasks for a caseload of participants in a correctional setting
• Provide motivational support and direction to help participants stay engaged
• Contribute to a learning environment where colleagues can develop their skills and experience
• Ensure effective case management and coordination of risk
• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to meeting team performance targets
