Employment Adviser - (Norwich)

We're recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target driven, and have a high level of initiative and motivation. In return, we're offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 per annum, plus great additional benefits.

Requirements

• Meet personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators)
• Manage a caseload of participants to help them overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals
• Deliver a positive experience to new customers and achieve customer service standards
• Facilitate assessments and provide advice and guidance on self-employment
• Provide tailored support in job-search and interview preparation
• Ensure all relevant evidence requirements are met to verify job starts
• Undertake direct marketing to employers and identify recruitment needs
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and maintain customer records
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and ensure best practice is identified and adhered to
