Job Description
We're recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team in Swindon. The role will involve providing advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
Requirements
- Provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals
- Manage a caseload of participants, managing their journey to employment
- Deliver a positive experience to new customers, ensuring they engage with you and the programme
- Meet, and strive to exceed, personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators)
