Job Description
We are recruiting an Employment Specialist to join our team. As an Employment Specialist, you will help people move into meaningful and sustainable employment. You will work with individuals with severe mental illness, providing tailored advice and building strong relationships with referral partners and local employers.
Requirements
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 clients
- Deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach
- Meet and support clients to understand their key skills and goals
- Assess client's support needs related to work
- Attend regular multidisciplinary team meetings
