We are seeking an Employment Adviser to join our team in Ipswich. The role involves providing advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of the local labour market
• Basic knowledge of self-employment
• Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
