Requirements
- Lead day-to-day project management with a high degree of autonomy, including developing schedules, setting expectations, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability for adherence to timelines and the stellar quality of work products.
- Proactively develop timelines and expectations, surface risks, and partner with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to identify solution-oriented paths forward while ensuring overall campaign success.
- Own campaign project management tracking including progress, reporting, and support.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships serving as a trusted advisor for on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables.
- Establish effective relationships and provide regular updates to senior internal stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to provide strategic and focused input that influences outcomes including advising on strategies and potential roadblocks to high quality on-time delivery.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Segalâs brand and businesses, organizational structure, communication channels, priorities, vendor partners, and client/service offerings to support effective, targeted, and audience-appropriate campaign execution.
- Actively contribute to project planning, recommending new approaches, formats, or solutions based on needs, industry best practices, and Marketing experience.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in marketing campaigns, digital communications, or a related industry; undergraduate degree required.
- Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex client engagements simultaneously while maintaining accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and financial performance.
- Expert proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience applying generative AI to improve workflows and decision-making, within cross-functional project teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
- Solid understanding of content strategy, design principles and visual communication.
- Strong understanding of web design, user experience, and digital build processes, with the ability to advise on best practices and evolving web trends.
- Experience working with multimedia projects, including video production and voice-over coordination.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with project budgeting, cost management, and ongoing budget maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop strong working relationships with marketing colleagues, internal clients, and cross-functional partners
