Requirements
- 2 years of 3rd-party collections experience
- Telco, Financial Services, Commercial, and/or Multi-Housing experience a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
