Job Description
Clinical Social Worker-Mental Health (Sakina) provides psychosocial assessments, interventions, and care plans for patients, families, and significant others. They work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe and timely discharge, promote social care and anti-discriminatory practice, and advocate for patients' rights and needs.
