Strategy Lead

Sei is seeking a highly strategic and operationally adept Strategy Lead to be a direct partner to our executive director. The role involves owning the ED's agenda, driving strategic execution, and maintaining operational rigor and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Professional experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or similar roles in a high growth startup environment
• Experience working closely with C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership in high-growth environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication; clear, direct, and thoughtful
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
• Familiarity with crypto/web3 ecosystems preferred but not required
• Experience working across time zones with globally distributed teams
• Extremely organized, process-oriented, and bias toward action
• Positive, proactive, low-ego collaborator who thrives in startup and scaling environments
