Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Compliance & Risk Officer to establish and lead a robust compliance and risk management framework for SEI footprint in India. The role will ensure adherence to Indian laws and regulations, regulatory registrations, vendor compliance across India, and alignment with global compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory landscape, including financial, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering frameworks
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance programs in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments
