The role is suited to a qualified solicitor with up to 12-18 months' post-qualification experience, offering a development position for a junior lawyer with close supervision and support from senior lawyers.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with up to 12-18 months' post-qualification experience
- Experience in corporate and/or commercial matters, gained in private practice or within an in-house legal department
- Good drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
- A thoughtful and pragmatic approach, with awareness of risk and when to escalate issues
