Microsoft 365 Architect

This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions while collaborating closely with our 24/7 operations team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong client-facing communication skills and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Architect solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite of products including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams (including Teams Calling), Intune, Power Automate, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Drive adoption and configuration of Microsoft Purview for data governance, DLP, and compliance reporting.
• Develop governance blueprints, information architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Lead tenant-level design decisions (domains, identity, conditional access, security baselines) in partnership with Security Engineering.
• Optimize Microsoft 365 licensing models and cost structures for clients; provide licensing guidance during presales.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing clear communication, roadmaps, and executive-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with the 24/7 operations team to ensure service continuity, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Own the M365 backlog, standards, and best practices; maintain reference architectures and runbooks.
• Support presales activities: scoping, solution design, estimates, and proposals for M365 engagements.
