Job Description
A clinically competent Licensed Practical Nurse who coordinates and delivers professional nursing care to the acutely ill patient in all phases of life (newborn through geriatric) using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Requirements
- Be a clinically competent Licensed Practical Nurse
- Coordinate and deliver professional nursing care to the acutely ill patient in all phases of life
- Maintain the standards of professional nursing
- Interact effectively with the patient, significant other(s), and other health team members
- Comply with HIPAA regulatory requirements
- Maintain a good attendance record and follow all hospital rules, policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain excellent interdepartmental and interpersonal relationships
