SEIU Local 73 is a growing, fighting, diverse and dynamic, member-driven union looking for a Director of Collective Bargaining. The successful candidate will lead major negotiations and teach the next generation of bargainers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience running successful contract campaigns
• 2 years of experience supervising staff
• 4-year college degree or equivalent life experience
• 5 or more years of experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements
• 5 or more years of union organizing experience
