Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Customs & Trade Compliance to lead our Benelux organization's compliance efforts, ensuring customs processes, permits, classification, and risk management are up-to-date and executed correctly. The role involves coaching a team, building relationships with customers and supervisory authorities, and implementing new legislation and improvements projects.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in customs and trade compliance
- Solid knowledge of EU customs legislation (UCC/DWU) and declaration processes
- Experience with AEO, audits, and fiscal representation
- Familiarity with logistics, forwarding, or 3PL
