So Cal Lead Electrician - Commercial Solar

The Lead Electrician will be responsible for the construction, installation, and modification of electrical appliances, systems, facilities, and related controls. The incumbent will troubleshoot and diagnose faulty systems, devices, and parts, and will analyze electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and code compliance.

Requirements

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty systems, devices, and parts
• Analyzing electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and code compliance
• Providing continuous feedback to management regarding potential hazards
• Performing physically demanding tasks such as trench digging, underground installation of conduit, and long-term bending, crouching, pulling, lifting, etc.
• Understanding plans, specifications, contracts, blueprints, safety documents, and any other workplace or job site related documentation
• Demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills while identifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations, and other electrical issues
