Job Description
The Project Superintendent will be responsible for assuming ownership of one or more entire projects and monitoring the performance of them including safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a Project Superintendent in the COMMERCIAL SOLAR ENERGY INDUSTRY
- 5 years experience working with various large commercial construction projects
- Ability to work in a diverse environment with minimal supervision and direction
- 30 Hour OSHA Training/Certification
- CPR/First Aid Training Certification
- Valid Driver's License, Clean Driving Record and reliable transportation
- Ability to access all areas of the worksite
- Ability to safely utilize a ladder and climb to different heights
- Properly and safely capable of moving, carrying, lifting or lowering items weighing up to 50lbs frequently throughout the day
