Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift in Brattleboro, VT, to lead and direct filler and packaging employees to maximize productivity and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• High school diploma is required, Associate’s degree is preferred
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating work to others in a manufacturing facility is required
• Majors in Business, Food Science, Engineering or related fields are preferred
• Ability to transmit and receive information clearly and communicate effectively with others
• Ability to manage the team's resources, achieve production targets, and meet needs
• Ability to implement Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ability to determine priorities and allocate time and resources effectively
