Sanitation Supervisor

Lactalis is hiring a Sanitation Supervisor based in Merrill, WI. The role will support and oversee the work of the Sanitation Team, ensuring the department is running smoothly and in a safe, productive manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of five years' manufacturing experience, preferably in a food environment
• Minimum of two years' supervisory experience, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in food production, packaging, and sanitation is preferred
• OSHA, Food Safety, FDA, and USDA knowledge
• Knowledge of ISO and certifications within the food industry
• Proficient use of a computer and systems (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Effective and Proficient communicator, written and verbal
• Good problem solving and analysis skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and organizational skills
• Effectively manage a team to ensure efficient use of time while meeting all sanitation and cleanliness requirements
