Job Description
Maintenance Tech responsible for routine and preventive maintenance at a hatchery, including controlling systems and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Requires 2+ years of related experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Follow the direction of the Maintenance Lead.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Active listening and customer service orientation skills
- Deductive/Inductive reasoning skills
- Experience with electric meter, hand and power tools, electric pallet jack and/or other mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems a plus.
- Good hand eye coordination
