Job Description
Help build our new therapy department as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Select Specialty Hospital - Wheeling. Treat patients with complex needs and challenging diagnoses, conduct individual patient therapy regimens, and participate in continuing education seminars. Requirements
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment
- Ability to conduct individual patient therapy regimens under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Ability to monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment during sessions as indicated in collaboration with an OT
