Job Description
Clinical Liaison (RN/RRT) to advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process, foster relationships with healthcare professionals, and coordinate care plans with physicians and families.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
- Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
- Demonstrated success in patient advocacy.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience (preferred)
