Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN/RRT) to advocate for referred patients in the pre-admission process, collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient needs, and coordinate care plans with physicians and families.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License
- Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills
