A partnership between Atlanticare and Select Medical, our 60-bed medical rehabilitation hospital will open later this year and serve patients in southeastern New Jersey.
Job Description
The Director of Pharmacy ensures the provision of pharmaceutical services throughout the hospital, maintaining liaisons with outside groups and ensuring departmental objectives are met. Responsibilities include supervision of department staff, budget recommendations, and communication of hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a pharmacist required
- A minimum of three (3) years of hospital experience within the last 5 years required
- Demonstrate ability of efficiently operate a pharmacy within a healthcare organization required
- One (1) year in a managerial role preferred
