Job Description
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) will lead the Rehabilitation Leadership Council and design a framework to integrate patient care services. Responsibilities include directing daily operations of inpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services, and developing programs to promote staff recruitment, retention, and education.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist
- Three to five years of therapy experience
- Certified BLS required within 90 days of hire or promotion
