Job Description
Select Milk Producers is a dairy cooperative seeking a Churn Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will operate equipment to make grades of butter and maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Properly mix and blend butter
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- Monitor equipment for safe and efficient operation
- Collect product samples for laboratory testing
- Keep accurate records
- Inspect and analyze butter samples
- Report any damage or irregular activity to supervisor
- Aid in training new personnel
- Support a company culture of continuous improvement
