Job Description
Select Custom Solutions is seeking a Production Line Lead to lead the work crew for a specific production line. The Line Lead will be responsible for performing and/or overseeing all tasks involved in the production of Select Custom Solutions products, following standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is running as efficient and safe as possible.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to lift bags of product that are at least 25 kg (55.115 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
