Job Description
The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring our bodies of water, keeping vigilant watch of swimmers and responding swiftly to any emergencies that may arise.
Requirements
- Supervise swimming activities, as outlined by the Children’s Activity Director
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their children
- Ability to perform proper rescues and provide proper standard of care as outlined in lifeguard training course
- Maintain safe and clean facilities for our swimmers
- Maintain the longevity of our safety equipment
- Assist in promoting various programs
- Work special events and parties for our members and guests
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings
