Member Experience Ambassador serves as the heartbeat of In-Shape Fitness, fostering meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and team. They uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism, ensuring a positive environment for all.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Passionate about fitness and helping others in their fitness journey
• Basic fitness and sales experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Works well under pressure and time constraints
• Basic computer skills
• Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
• First Aid Training, required only at clubs with pool slides
