Job Description
Swim Instructors deliver our Swim Lesson Program that will provide our members of all ages with swimming and water safety instruction. Must be able to teach their own classes to the standards set forth by In-Shape.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or High School diploma or GED
- Current lifeguard certification or ability to pass lifeguard certification within 30 days of hire date
- Current CPR or ability to pass CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Able to follow written instruction and complete basic forms
- Successfully passing a basic swim assessment will be required as part of the hiring process
