Field Service Engineer/ Service Technician - Essex

Selecta is hiring a Field Service Engineer/Service Technician to provide high-quality service to customers and maintain equipment to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge and experience, as well as excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of Vending Equipment
• Ensure all work is completed at the first visit, if possible
• Continually review multiple fault equipment and prioritize repairs
• Maintain good customer relations
• Attend training courses to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Maintain company vehicle in a road-worthy condition
