The successful candidate will ensure smooth scheduling, accurate system updates, and efficient flow of information across technical, service, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Strong administrative experience in a technical, engineering, logistics, or service-based environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems
- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to support both internal teams and external customers
- A detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in data entry, scheduling and record-keeping
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement
